Christmas season was wonderful here! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch, and the location of the hotel was perfect for all of our holiday shopping needs. Two complementary facts were offered during our stay which was a nice surprise, and the indoor pool was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of festivities.

Our room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. The hallways and elevator were also uncomfortably warm. It was disappointing not to have breakfast included in the stay, but there were plenty of local options nearby. it was an enjoyable stay for the holiday season, but improvements could be made.

We had a quick weekend stay and the price was great. The pool was refreshing and fun for the kids, especially with all the sun they got. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The food wasn't very good and the room had an unpleasant odor. The pillows were too soft, and there was sand in the pool.

Everything is perfect here, had a very nice stay on the first floor. All the staff members are helpful and accommodating. Make sure you stay in the double room with 2 new towels and microwave cleaned, as example.

Location short walk to stores and the restaurant and In Trevose. Very close to Old Lincoln Highway. Amicable staff, neatroom with microwave and 2 new towels, as example. Outstanding food selection.

The location was ideal for exploring this great area, near to stores as well as many restaurants and places. Plus it was max 75 mins walk to the lake. The room I booked was stocked and provided with 2 new towels, microwave cleaned, the temperature on the thermostat. Everything was great, I liked that.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

This hotel provided us a delightful experience during our romantic escape. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and the coffee was top-notch. Moreover, the location was ideal for our needs. We found it convenient to reach popular attractions and restaurants. The hotel also had a lovely pool that added to our experience.

There were a few downsides. The elevators had seen better days and could use a deep cleaning. Also, the carpets in the hallways could use some attention. Finally, the lack of parking could be challenging on busy weekends. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone who seeks a comfortable and convenient location for their visit.

The room I stayed in was impressive with bath and 2 new towels, for instance. The setting was favourable, right by Turnpike, many restaurants, and stores. It also was in Phila area.

This hotel is located in the heart of Center City, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for different tastes.

The noise level was quite high, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

Loved the place, had a nice stay on the first floor. Its staff was welcoming and courteous. The bar was pretty nice. It was clean, I would stay there again.
